All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasonal periods

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 6–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight and size
  • Promotional offers or free shipping campaigns

From time to time, Zafiren may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or regions.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on our website.

Zafiren is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Situations beyond our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may require customers to contact the shipping provider directly in certain cases.


8. Split Shipments

In some situations, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be canceled.
