At Zafiren, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Opened personal care products
- Used beauty or hygiene items
- Intimate products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the product
- A brief explanation of the issue
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A partial or full refund
depending on the situation.
5. Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- A similar product
- Store credit
- A refund
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing or shipment and can no longer be canceled.
9. European Union Customers
Customers located within the European Union may have additional consumer rights under applicable EU regulations, including a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible purchases.
Exceptions may apply for hygiene and sealed products once opened.
